Welcome to Siddhi In Style. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and all transactions related to apparel manufacturing, wholesale supply, custom production, and retail sales. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Similar apparel manufacturers and wholesale businesses commonly use such provisions for order acceptance, pricing, intellectual property, and commercial transactions.
1. About Us
Siddhi In Style is a fashion and apparel company engaged in:
- Garment manufacturing
- Wholesale supply
- Private label production
- Custom apparel development
- Retail and online sales
- Bulk corporate and institutional orders
2. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website, email, WhatsApp, phone, or other communication channels are subject to acceptance by Siddhi In Style.
An order shall become binding only after:
- Written confirmation from our team
- Issuance of a Proforma Invoice or Tax Invoice
- Receipt of applicable advance payment (if required)
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order without prior notice.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law.
- Shipping, handling, customization, sampling, and packaging charges may apply separately.
- Pricing errors may be corrected at any time and affected orders may be cancelled.
4. Wholesale Orders
For wholesale and bulk purchases:
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) may apply.
- Wholesale pricing is available only for approved business buyers.
- Product availability is subject to stock and production capacity.
- Bulk orders are manufactured specifically for the buyer and therefore cannot be cancelled once production begins.
All wholesale sales are considered business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
5. Manufacturing & Production
For custom manufacturing:
- Production timelines are estimates only.
- Minor variations in color, fabric texture, embroidery, print placement, measurements, or finishing may occur.
- Industry-standard manufacturing tolerances are accepted.
- Delays caused by suppliers, logistics providers, force majeure events, or customer approval delays shall not constitute a breach of contract.
6. Sampling & Development
Where samples are requested:
- Sample charges must be paid in advance.
- Sample costs may be adjusted against confirmed bulk orders at our discretion.
- Sampling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Design development and customization work remain the intellectual property of Siddhi In Style until fully paid.
7. Payments
We accept:
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Bank Transfers
- Approved business payment methods
Orders may require advance payment before production or dispatch.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the order.
8. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates only.
- Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
- Siddhi In Style is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events.
- International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import compliance requirements.
9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Retail Orders
Returns or exchanges may be accepted within the policy period displayed on the website, provided:
- Products are unused
- Original tags are attached
- Items are returned in original condition
Wholesale & Custom Orders
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Bulk orders
- Customized products
- Private label orders
- Made-to-order garments
- Export orders
Claims regarding manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including:
- Logos
- Product images
- Catalogs
- Graphics
- Text
- Designs
- Branding materials
are the exclusive property of Siddhi In Style and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree:
- To provide accurate information
- Not to misuse the website
- Not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- To maintain confidentiality of account credentials
Any misuse may result in account suspension or legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siddhi In Style shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential losses
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Delayed deliveries beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by:

- Government restrictions
- Epidemics
- Transportation disruptions
- Labor disputes
- Power failures
- Events beyond our reasonable control
14. Privacy

15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the courts of New Delhi, India.
